We think that convenience of using these coffee machines and pods is important; we want to make the best experience for our customers. And because we are living in an era, where keeping our environment safe is crucial, we are really focusing on sustainability, and making recycling capsules.

In our company we give everything every day to create the best cafe in the world for our customers. To be successful in our business, we must focus on production. We focus on the production of coffee and capsules. It is important for us to always have new capsules and to constantly improve them. We also focus on marketing measures. It is important for us to keep our customers up to date and to inform them about new flavors or offers.
Our key resources are raw materials and human resources, without which Dolce Gusto coffees would not exist. The plants needed for production are grown and collected in 3 locations in Europe: Girona (Spain), Tutbury (UK) and Schwerin (Germany). Our local farmers do their best to ensure that the raw material is of the highest quality and that the plants receive the most natural treatment possible.
